Jon Pak has a gorgeous new ukulele hand-painted by Moogly Moo in England. It's a "Van Gogh" ukulele, and to christen it, he has a gorgeous new song/video "Starry Night" (a Don McLean cover)
Hi Ukester! The uke I had painted is an Ohana TK20 Tenor Ukulele with a solid mahogany top and mahogany laminate sides and back. I wanted a uke that was decent and playable, but also one that was affordable. And I wanted to get a uke that had a matte finish, since Moogly Moo would have to sand the original laquer off anyway. She told me that glossy laquer is a lot harder to remove. Anyway, this Ohana fit the bill!
John always does a nicd job on his songs and the uke is cool. What I want to know is what kind of ukes do people get painted for $400? Ukester Brown
